Tuesday 19-2022 In light of the Egyptian state's declaration in 2022, civil society, the "Egypt Unit of Goodness to build the capabilities of civil organizations" is pleased to announce the opening of registration in the regional training program "prepared by a sustainable institutional development specialist for civil organizations pushed by 2022". The programs aim to support the Arab Arab action organizations by qualifying and preparing the cadres working on the development and institutional improvement in modern methods and tools to complete the process of development and improve sustainable institutional performance. Training takes 10 training days during which the concept of institutional development is identified and a review of the stages of the continuous development process starting from monitoring institutional gaps that affect the performance of the organization, proposal to interventions, planning the development process, measuring the returns, and identifying the European model of institutional excellence and institutional quality standards, all in light of combining the foundations and principles of good internal governance, and requirements of institutional sustainability. The program also provides participants for an interactive educational environment and an opportunity to exchange experiences and knowledge and emphasize best institutional practices and encourage them to build institutional models based on the concepts and applications of sustainable development in the field of institutional development. It is worth noting that this training program was designed and launched to meet a great need within the community of civil organizations because of the presence of qualified cadres in the field of "sustainable institutional development" as well as the scarcity of training and educational opportunities on that topic by the specialized academic and training authorities.
